Rule 93
Local Allowance
A civil servant will get such allowance only if he works in the place where he gets local allowance. Even if a civil servant is posted in a place where he receives local allowance, if he works in a place where he does not receive any allowance or in some other way, he will not get local allowance during that period or he will get up to the allowance specified for such a position.
